What began as a simple carport and patio has been beautifully reimagined into a warm, welcoming family room and entryway addition.
This Lutherville renovation turned a basic carport and patio into a warm, functional sunroom and entryway—complete with a new den and bar area, upgraded electrical, and custom finishes inside and out. We also redesigned the outdoor living space with new hardscaping, drainage, landscaping, and a fresh asphalt driveway.
From interior details to exterior improvements, this project was built for comfort, beauty, and long-term value.

“RMC Builders just completed an absolutely stunning addition to my house. When I began my journey, I had drawings and bid out the project to several recommended contractors. There was something about Todd that made me feel really comfortable and I trusted him and went with RMC. The best decision! Then Chris was always available to discuss permitting and costs with me and tolerate my endless questions. He then gave me the fabulous ideas for outside landscaping, patio, deck, lighting. It is so beautiful! Adam, my project manager, kept me up to date on the plan for every week. That’s all I want is to know the plan! Adam, too, what a kind person answering all of my endless questions and giving me great design tips! My neighbors were so impressed with how neat and clean every phase of construction was. Me, too! This project obviously took several months, but Todd, Adam and Chris really took care to minimize the disruption and to keep things moving along. My addition, that was once a carport and patio, is now a gorgeous family room and entryway area. Is it odd that I am sad that the project is over? I really like them all. Nice, smart and trustworthy folks. I guess I will need to hire them again soon- maybe a bathroom redo??
