By engaging with RMC Builders, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

RMC Builders provides residential and commercial construction, renovation, and project management services. Our scope of work is defined in individual contracts or agreements with each client.

3. Estimates, Contracts, and Payments

  • All estimates provided are based on available information at the time and are subject to change based on material availability, design changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • A signed contract is required before any project begins.

  • Payment schedules are outlined in project agreements. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination of services.

  • Additional work outside the original contract scope will require a formal change order and may impact cost and timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project details.

  • Allow reasonable access to the property for site evaluations, work, and inspections.

  • Make timely decisions regarding material selections and project approvals.

  • Comply with all safety and access guidelines set by RMC Builders.

5. Project Scheduling & Delays

  • Project start and completion dates are estimated and subject to change due to factors such as weather, permit approvals, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions.

  • We will communicate any delays as soon as possible and work to minimize disruptions.

6. Permits and Compliance

  • RMC Builders will obtain necessary permits unless otherwise stated in the contract.

  • Clients must comply with all applicable zoning, building codes, and HOA requirements.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a limited workmanship warranty, as outlined in each contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials may apply separately.

  • RMC Builders is not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, issues arising from homeowner-supplied materials, or damages due to acts of nature.

8. Text Messaging & Communications

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from RMC Builders related to your project, appointments, and invoice updates.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect client privacy and do not publicly share personal names or addresses in media or marketing materials without consent.

  • Your personal and project information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through direct negotiation.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Maryland law.

11. Termination of Services

  • RMC Builders reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to meet contractual obligations, including non-payment or violation of agreed-upon terms.

  • If a project is terminated before completion, final invoicing will reflect the work completed up to that point.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
